let it go

with a closed fist we try to hold everything; possessions, relationships, our very lives. and then we want to accumulate more and more; more things, more people, more time...our hands are not big enough to clench it all. things begin to slip through our fingers and we are filled with fear and want to acquire more to satiate.

in return we are gripped by tightness and anxiety.

the more we fight to hold all of it, the more we focus on what is lacking. scarcity mindset.

what if we shifted the focus. slowly unfurled our fingers. it starts with an internal belief that you have everything you need in this exact present moment. which is all there is. this eternal present moment. somehow, someway, we have everything right now. the calming breeze, feet on soft grass....our breath. come back to the now.

when gratitude for these root things becomes the forefront of our perspective, the channel for peace and release is wide open. we see abundance. we no longer have to clench and try to hold on.

we can let go.

things come and go, the tide extends and recedes. and right now all we have to do is be in the present. enjoying it all.

we have enough... always have and always will. dive into your very being and see that everything is within.

our hands should be used to uphold. allowing everything: resources, time, people, all of it, to be supported, appreciated and released when needed.

this is the moment...

open.
